Premium cleaning for high performance motorsport

Our manufacturing facility is based right in the heart of formula 1 and motor sports manufacturing with many worldleading teams and suppliers factories based next door to our facitlities. We were approached to develop a bespoke dirt retention spray for high performance motor sport air filters, with separate cleaning solution to improve cars performance and increase the life of the air filter, reducing costs to motor sport enthusiast.

To achieve success, we overcame many technical challenges such as :

• Developed a more environmentally friendly alternative to aerosol solutions.
• Developing easy to use and safe formulations that were effective whilst not damaging complex components.
• Developing bespoke packaging solutions to make it easy and safe to apply the product.
• Regulatory compliance.
• Organising Independent testing to ensure formulation did not damage or degrade filters.
